Tentative Schedule for the Hackathon

Day 1 (1 st Dec, 2023, Friday)

4.00 pm to 6.00 pm :- Registration

6.00 pm to 8.30 pm :- Orientation programme

8.30 pm to 9.30 pm :- Dinner

On the first day the participants will be briefed about various problem statements and an overview of the theme followed by workshops on design thinking and B-Plan preparation.

Day 2 (2 nd Dec, 2023, Saturday)

8.00 am onwards :- Programme starts

Day 3 (3 rd Dec, 2023, Sunday)

2.00 pm to 3.00 pm :- Final evaluation starts

3.30 pm :- Announcing top 10 teams

3.30 pm to 4.30 pm :- Preparation time

4.30 pm to 6.00 pm :- Presentation of top 10 teams

6.00 pm :- Closing ceremony

• Announcement of shortlisted teams :- 25th Nov, 2023

• Registration fee payment :- 28th Nov, 2023
